I am an adjunct instructor of Web Marketing in the Web Design and New Media program at the Art Institute of Indianapolis. I have over 10 years’ experience managing online content and strategy for enterprise organizations including Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, NYU Langone Medical Center and Community Health Network.

Personal Data

After a few years in Brooklyn, NY, I moved back to Indianapolis for work. I read, play some games, and hang out with my lady friend who is cooler than you. I also have a ridiculous vinyl record collection and play trumpet in the horn section of a neo-soul/rock band.

Secret Identity

I’ve been an independent concert promoter, funk/soul club DJ, late-night radio host, bassist and vocalist, and all around scene guy. I’ve shaken hands with Johnny Cash, been fallen on (and subsequently blessed) by George Clinton, and hung out with Ian MacKaye.

After three-and-a-half years in Brooklyn, NY–a city I never thought I’d love as much as I do–I moved back to my hometown of Indianapolis in February 2010. I live on the near-Eastside with my lady friend and our dog, Gromit the Alaskan Malmute.

I collect records, primarily 60s-80s funk, soul and jazz. I enjoy some sports but wouldn’t be caught dead wearing a jersey. Sometimes I’ll play video games on the Playstation 3 or XBOX 360, but not too much.

I play trumpet in the horn section for the fabulous Freddie T. and the People. You should check us out.

I’m not a total gadget freak, but I do enjoy my iPad, iPhone 4 and Apple TV quite a bit. Yes, I drank the Kool-Aid. Whatever. I enjoy reading, both fiction and non-fiction, and I’ll always read books about musicians and the music industry.
